When the delivered product(s) do not satisfy your expectations it is possible to return the product(s). There are several ways to return your delivered product(s).
You have the possibility to exchange the product for a different colour or size. If the new product is less expensive than you will naturally receive the difference in return.
Of course you can also send back the product and reclaim the amount of purchase.

There is always a return form in your package, fill the requested information  it in and send it back.  Send your product including the return form to our return address so we will know what your wishes are.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
It is often difficult for parents to estimate the size of children. It often happens that with children's clothing a certain model / type of pants in different colors can still have size differences. Keep this in mind.
The shipping costs for the returned items are always at your own expense.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return.
Always fill in the enclosed return form and add it to the shipment.

Health Masks: For hygiene reasons customers cannot try on health masks. We will refund you if you return your health mask(s) unopened and in the original condition within the 14 day window.

Please note:

  • BOOF will only accept returned products that are shipped back to BOOF within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. If the BOOF products are not shipped back to BOOF within 14 day from the delivery date, the business will be applied as accepted.
  • Make sure all returned products are exactly as you received them. BOOF will not accept returns for any items that have been worn.
  • The original price paid for the product(s) will be credited within 14 days from receiving your return package. Transportation costs will not be credited. If BOOF sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective, BOOF will reimburse the shipment costs.
  • BOOF highly recommends using tractable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this, lost packages will not be refunded.
  • Your account will be credited within 5 working days, please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the creditation might take some additional days
